Birthday Cake Flavour

Standart cake used for birthday cake base is Sponge Cake, comes in 3 choices of flavour:

-     Chocolate : chocolate sponge with choice of chocolate ganache or stawberry jam filling

-     Mocca cream : mocca sponge with mocca butter cream filling

-     Vanilla :vanilla sponge with choice of pineapple jam or blueberry jam filling

Cupcakes Flavour

Only one kind of cake, it's moist chocolate chip cake ;) Sorry cannot provide various flavour for now.

Decorating

For cakes and cupcakes, I use butter cream and fondant/plastic icing, with edible and sertificated food colouring.

Size of the cake

The cake size comes in many choices :

- Round cake starts from 13cm, 18cm, 20cm, 22cm, 24cm, 26cm, 28cm, 30cm 
- Square standard cake starts from 18cm - 30 cm


The size of cupcake is 6,5-7 cm on top.
