I don't have workshop or outlet yet... It's full operated as an online store, all transaction is proceed by phone or email.

How to order your cake/cupcakes or desserts? 

Question of pricing or design can be made by calling me at 0431-3450678 (office hours, from 08.00-17.00), text to 0812-430-8487 or email to ireyne_wong@yahoo.com.hk, pin BB by request. Official order need to be made by email so I can have a good and traceable record of your order, preventing mistakes in details and schedules. To save your order date, I need Down Payment (DP). Timeline of DP/AP is 2 weeks before or will be advice as a reply to your order mail. Without DP/AP after confirmation, schedule still can be passed to other/waiting list customer, without further notification.

When should I place my Order?

You can make a reservation anytime, and I will waiting for your confirmation at least 2-3 weeks before or sooner as I contact you, if there are severals request for the same date. I really do appreciate your initiative to confirm first before I contact you, even if you want to cancel the reservation, so I can passed the date to other customer.
Rush order is possible as long as the schedule available. So do not hesitate to ask for it.
